Chocolate Gravy
Chocolate Gravy
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 2 tbs self-rising flour
- 2 1/4 cups water
- Whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, and self-rising flour.
- Mix in 1/4 cup of water until a thick paste forms. (This will prevent lumps in the chocolate gravy.)
- Mix in the remaining 2 cups of water.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring often to prevent scorching, until the gravy thickens.
- Serve over warm, buttered bisucits.
